I am a specialist in digital communication for the agri-food sector, with a focus on rice. I am the author of publications related to rice and territorial promotion.
As a Rice Sommelier trainer, I conduct masterclasses in both Italian and English for training agencies, schools, culinary institutes, tourism and Horeca.
From Passion to Expertise
Graduated in Communication Sciences at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, I combined my skills in the communication sector with a passion for agri-food, attending the part-time Master's course "Agricultural and agri-food business management" by Sole 24 Ore.

I started with the blog "Ricette e Racconti di Riso", where I shared recipes, stories and insights related to the world of rice.
Ricette e Racconti di Riso is the only Italian blog specialized in rice and risottos.

With Paolo Massobrio and Massimo Biloni I wrote The Book of Italian Rice, published by Cairo Editore.
