Come with me to discover Italian rice, in its various forms and in its different uses in the kitchen. Each of the three courses described above will be activated in webinar mode, with a video call made through the Zoom platform. Each course includes an initial theoretical part, following a presentation that will be sent to you at the end of the course by e-mail.

In the second part of the course we will move to the kitchen to follow all the preparation steps.

I will email you the link to connect to the videoconference and the list of what you will need for the recipe. This is an excellent tool for expanding your gastronomic culture, learning not only how to cook, but learning valuable information to choose the right and quality material.
